Global Express Guaranteed® Service Suspensions and Disruptions

Effective February 26, 2022, the GXG® Money Back Guarantee is temporarily suspended for destinations in Europe.

Effective December 13, 2022, through January 2, 2023, GXG® Money Back Guarantee will be temporarily suspended for all destinations.

Effective March 8, 2022, the Postal Service is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance of Global Express Guaranteed® (GXG®) to the following destinations:

Effective October 25, 2021, due to airline travel restrictions and cancellations, the U.S. Postal Service has temporarily suspended the guarantee on Priority Mail Express International® to the following destinations:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Your Company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Returns

We accept returns up to 35 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method of your Rochelle's House order.

In the event, there is a delay in the return item, it may take an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Our mission is to have you, Our Customer, happy.
